1. Review the Policy.
The NWBA Policies & Procedures are linked below to reference. It is important to include details of the Policy violated in the report submitted (please include the Policy name and/or reference the specific Section that is being violated).
2. Click the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page to submit an alleged NWBA Policy Violation Report.
Reports may be anonymously submitted to the NWBA (though it may be harder to investigate anonymous reports). Individuals are NOT required to register for a SportsEngine account nor be logged in to their SportsEngine account in order to submit this report. To remain anonymous, be sure that you are logged out of your SportsEngine account and click the "Continue as a Guest" option.
3. Follow-up
If you include your email address in the report, you will receive a confirmation email after submitting this report which can be saved for your files. If this report is submitted anonymously, you will not receive a confirmation email.
The NWBA Ethics Committee will review each report received within 72 hours and follow-up with the reporter if needed.
