This registration session allows NWBA members to submit an Insurance Request for Evidence of Coverage or list Additional Insured. Please allow 5-7 business days for your insurance request to be processed. Once your request is processed an email will be sent to the address provided on the form.
NOTE: If requesting insurance coverage for an NWBA sanctioned event please make sure request for insurance on the Event Sanction Application. You DO NOT need to complete both a Event Sanction Application and a Request for Certificate of Insurance Application.
UPDATE: NWBA insurance coverage will not include liability and accident claims related to COVID-19 regardless of timing, return-to-play protocols or government mandate.
