Applications are not complete/submitted until an email confirmation is received from SportsEngine; therefore, be sure to complete the entire Application and save the confirmation email.
5. Have or Submit a 2025-2026 NWBA Non-Athlete Membership Registration.
Note: The NWBA Membership Registration will require completion of SafeSport Training or proof of current Training Certificate as well as a Background Screen for those who are 18 years of age or older.
6. Prior to selection, all 2026 World Championship Team Replacement Staff must comply with the NWBA Conflict of Interest Policy and must submit an NWBA Conflict of Interest Disclosure (select the Conflict of Interest tab) for review by the NWBA Ethics Committee.

PROCESS
As outlined in the 2026 World Championships Staff Selection Procedure: Submitting a National Team Application is required in order to be considered for a Replacement Staff position (Section 4--head coach, assistant coach, medical, team leader), with the World Championships Team Staff.
